Your contact enquiry

When you select “Send enquiry”, your details are transmitted over an encrypted connection to our Infomaniak hosting in Switzerland. They are validated and sent to KASTRATI CONSULTING through Infomaniak’s mail service. If you provide an email address, we send a personalised acknowledgement recording your details, message, service selection and the names, types and sizes of accepted uploads. Optional salutation, title, legal form, position, preferred start and contact time help us process your enquiry and are included in the quotation where appropriate. Your contact details and message are used to process your enquiry and for further communication. Messages are stored in the business email inbox; the website does not maintain a permanent customer database. To prevent abuse and duplicate submissions, we retain a sequential enquiry number, timestamp, sending status and secret-keyed hashes of the IP address, email address and enquiry for approximately seven days. These are not sent to Matomo. You may attach up to three PDF, JPG or PNG files (up to 5 MB each, 10 MB total). Files are processed temporarily in a non-public upload area, sent as attachments to our business inbox and then removed from the temporary website storage. Transport is encrypted; this is not end-to-end encryption or a customer archive. The service selection and server-calculated estimate are sent with the enquiry. Only service IDs, quantities and options are retained in your browser tab’s session storage until the tab is closed. Contact details and files are not stored there. An email address is required when services are selected. The server creates a non-binding quotation draft PDF from the validated selection and your details. It is automatically sent to your email address in a separate quotation email and attached to the internal enquiry. The same draft can also be downloaded after submission. An optional customer logo (PNG/JPG, up to 2 MB) is uploaded for this purpose, validated and re-encoded as an image on the server before inclusion in the PDF. For reliable retries, the recipient address, language, personal salutation details, service selection and PDF are temporarily retained encrypted in a non-public email queue. Its contents are deleted after successful handover to the mail server; the queue record is removed after seven days at the latest. Delivery status and hashes help prevent duplicate submissions. There are no publicly accessible quotation files or customer archive. Documents and form contents are not sent to Matomo.

Website hosting

This website is hosted by Infomaniak. Technical connection data, such as your IP address, the time of access and the page visited, may be processed for operational and security purposes. Information about the hosting provider is available in Infomaniak’s privacy notice.

Website statistics and optional analytics

Infomaniak logs technical requests and provides hosting statistics for operation and security. We add no browser visitor identifiers for this basic measurement. Hosting logs may contain IP addresses and technical connection data.

Only after your active consent do we use Matomo, hosted on our Infomaniak hosting in Switzerland. It measures page views, returning visits, visit journeys, referring websites (domain only), device and browser, content visibility, scrolling, active reading time, contact clicks, form steps without input contents, and loading and response times. A prepared email or phone click does not prove a message was sent or a call occurred.

After consent, Matomo uses first-party analytics cookies: a visitor identifier for up to 180 days, a session identifier for 30 minutes and, where applicable, referral information for up to 180 days. Your acceptance or rejection is saved in local browser storage for 180 days. Matomo is not loaded without consent. Change your choice at any time via “Analytics settings” in the footer and withdraw consent for the future by choosing “Basic statistics only”.

Form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, URL query parameters and fragments are not sent to Matomo. We do not record sessions or keystrokes. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Analytics are used to improve this website based on your consent. IP addresses are truncated before statistical enrichment. Individual visit events are automatically deleted after 180 days; aggregate reports are retained for long-term comparisons. Fonts and images are served with the website.
